In the beginning
Years ago, in a small Dutch town named Barneveld, a software company introduced Baan ERP - an innovative alternative to SAP that quickly won the trust of global giants like Boeing, Philips, KLM, and Komatsu. With features SAP didn't offer, Baan gave customers real choice and reshaped the ERP landscape.
During those early days, the Baan customers built their own communities where ideas and support flourished, with BaanFans and BaanBoard being the most popular.
Through acquisitions, Baan became part of Infor and carried Baan's strengths forward into LN ERP. This became the foundation for Infor's multi-tenant LN CloudSuite solution, now serving manufacturers worldwide.

The LN North America User Group (LN NAUG) has picked up the baton from the Baan communities and formed an independent nonprofit community of Infor LN CloudSuite, LN ERP, and Baan ERP enthusiasts.
In partnership with Infor, we amplify the collective voice of North American customers, influencing product development, shaping the product vision, and ensuring our region is represented at the Global User Group Advisory Board.
