Planner Plus is a constraint based planner which provides the Production- and Supply Chain Planner additional tools to identify bottlenecks in the planning process. We explore how this identification process takes place and what tools can be deployed to get to the bottom of the issues, whether the constraints are materials or capacities. We also review of the planner can influence the outcome of the planning process through changing of certain variables.
